Good afternoon, Oak Creek Club Residents,

We would like to inform the community that the CellGate access system is currently experiencing a service outage and is temporarily unavailable. In addition, gate transponders are also not functioning at this time.

Residents may therefore experience difficulty accessing the community through automated gate entry. Onsite security has been notified and is assisting with access as needed while the systems are down.

Management has contacted the service provider and is actively working with their technical team to restore both CellGate and transponder functionality as quickly as possible. We will provide an update to the community immediately once service has been restored.
