OFFICE CLOSURE:

On Monday, October 12, 2026, the management office will be closed in observance of Indigenous Peoples Day. The office will reopen on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, @ 9:00 a.m.

PARKING PASSES: Please get in touch with the management office for parking passes no later than Friday, October 9, 2026, by 3:00 p.m.

YARD WASTE AND ORGANICS PICK-UP: Organics collections will occur (including food scraps and yard trim collections) on Monday, October 12, 2026. There will be no scheduled bulky trash pick-ups for white goods, appliances, or scrap tires on Monday, October 12, 2026. After the collection is complete, please store your receptacles out of street view as soon as possible. If your pick-up is missed, please get in touch with 311 or submit a complaint electronically at Prince Georges County Clicks 311 and follow their instructions.

TRASH: If you are hosting a social gathering over the weekend, please be respectful of your neighbors by reminding your guests to use proper trash receptacles when disposing of waste. Keeping Oak Creek Clean is everyone’s responsibility.

For assistance with gate access, please have guests enter 0001 at the call box. Homeowners can contact the Access Control team at (301)390-8245 or (301)390-8246 for assistance. Feel free to contact the management team at (301) 390-1721 for any questions.
