We sincerely apologize for the ongoing challenges caused by this storm and understand how frustrating the conditions have been.

This was not a typical snowfall. The storm included historic sleet falling at extremely low temperatures, with up to 4 inches of icy pellets on top of 4 to 7 inches of snow. Together, this formed a dense, frozen layer comparable to the weight and impact of a 20-inch blizzard. With temperatures remaining in the teens and dropping into the single digits, the accumulation has frozen solid and is taking significantly longer to remove than normal snow.

Complete Landscaping Services will continue to work throughout the community, but progress is slower due to the unprecedented density and hardness of the ice and snow. Safety and avoiding property damage remain the top priorities. Management has instructed Complete Landscaping Services to provide some additional salting and sanding services.
