Have you voted in the 2026 Oak Creek Club Board of Directors Election?

Voting is currently underway, and we encourage all eligible homeowners who have not yet voted to participate before voting closes today Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 5:00pm.

Did Not Receive Your Voting Email?

Each eligible household should have received an email from oakcreekclubhoa@ivotehoa.com containing personalized information needed to participate in the election. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please be sure to check your junk or spam folder.

If you still cannot locate your voting email, please contact Management at manager@oakcreekclub.com so we can assist you. When contacting Management, please provide your property address and confirm the email address that should be associated with your property. Management will verify the information on file and, if necessary, update your email address and/or provide your unique registration code so you can access the voting system.

Voting Deadline:

Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 5:00pm.

Please do not wait until the deadline to contact Management if you need assistance accessing the voting system. Management also has 2026 Proxy Ballots available at the Management Office for homeowners who wish to vote via paper ballot.
