Office Closure in Observance of Thanksgiving Day

ear Oak Creek Club Homeowners,

The management office will be closed on Thursday, November 27, 2025, and Friday, November 28, 2025, in observance of Thanksgiving Day. The office will reopen on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.

PARKING PASSES:
Please contact the management office for parking passes no later than Wednesday, November 26, 2025, by 2:00 p.m.

YARD WASTE AND ORGANICS PICK-UP:
All trash and recycling scheduled for Friday will be collected on Saturday, November 29, 2025. After collection is complete, please store your receptacles out of street view as soon as possible.
If your pick-up is missed, please contact 311 or submit a complaint through Prince George’s County Clicks 311 and follow their instructions.

TRASH:
If you are hosting a social gathering over the holiday weekend, please be mindful of your neighbors by reminding your guests to use proper trash receptacles. Keeping Oak Creek clean is a shared responsibility.

Homeowners may contact the Access Control team at (301) 390-8245 or (301) 390-8246 for assistance. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the management team at (301) 390-1721.

GATE ACCESS, SPEED, & PROCEDURE:
To reduce daily gate damage, homeowners are encouraged to share the following gate access procedures with household members, guests, transportation services, contractors, and delivery drivers:

  • The posted speed limit in Oak Creek Club is 20 MPH.

  • Tailgating is prohibited at all gate entrances.

  • All non-residents should enter through the second lane marked for visitors.

  • Residents and guests should allow the gate arm to fully come down behind the vehicle ahead before proceeding. Signs at each entrance state “One Car Per Gate Arm.”

  • Vehicles must never enter through an exit lane, even if it is open.

  • At the Main Gate on Mary Bowie Parkway, a pressure safety loop opens the second clubhouse gate arm. To activate it, vehicles must stay to the right side, travel at 20 MPH, and avoid following closely. This gate also follows the one-car-per-gate-arm procedure.

PARKING:
Parking on both sides of the street is prohibited. Please also be mindful not to park on your neighbor’s grass.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday!
