A storm is expected to impact the Maryland area today. For everyone’s safety, residents are asked to take precautions to secure their homes and outdoor areas.

Please note: The Management Office will be closing early today at 1:00 PM due to the anticipated severe weather. 

Balcony & Outdoor Safety Tips:
• Bring inside or securely fasten all loose items such as chairs, tables, plants, decorations, and umbrellas.
• Ensure nothing on your deck or patio can be blown off by strong winds.
• Close and lock all doors and windows.
• Do not place heavy or unsecured items on railings or ledges.

General Storm Safety:
• Stay indoors during periods of high winds and severe weather.
• Avoid using decks, common areas, and outdoor amenities while the storm is active.
• Keep phones fully charged and have flashlights available in case of power outages.

Tree & Property Notice:

Due to high winds, there is a possibility of fallen or damaged trees and branches. Please be advised that if a tree located on a homeowner’s lot (and not within a common area or designated easement) falls and causes damage to personal property, the repair and associated costs will be the responsibility of the homeowner. Trees located within Association-maintained common areas or easements will be addressed by the Association in accordance with governing documents and applicable policies.
