Dear Oak Creek Club Homeowners,

On Monday, October 13, 2025, the Management Office will be closed in observance of Indigenous Peoples’ Day.
The office will reopen on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.

PARKING PASSES:

Please contact the Management Office for parking passes no later than Friday, October 10, 2025, by 3:00 p.m. to ensure processing before the holiday.

YARD WASTE AND ORGANICS PICK-UP:

Organics collections—including food scraps and yard trim—will occur on Monday, October 13, 2025.
Please note there will be no scheduled bulky trash pick-ups (white goods, appliances, or scrap tires) on that day.
Once collections are completed, please store receptacles out of street view promptly.
If your collection is missed, contact 311 or submit a complaint electronically via Prince George’s County Clicks 311 and follow their instructions.

TRASH AND COMMUNITY CLEANLINESS:

If you are hosting a social gathering during the holiday weekend, please be considerate of your neighbors by ensuring all waste is properly disposed of.
Keeping Oak Creek clean and beautiful is a shared community responsibility.
