Good afternoon, Oak Creek Club Homeowners,

The Social Committee has been hard at work preparing a fun-filled and memorable Oak Creek Day for our community! As we count down to the big event, please take a moment to review the important details below to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Weather & Safety Precautions

• Forecast: The weather on Saturday, July 12, 2025, is expected to be in the mid-80s. Please dress appropriately and take precautions to stay cool and hydrated.

• Hydration & Cooling: Water will be provided. A VERY LIMITED amount of indoor seating will be available for individuals needing to avoid heat-related discomfort. Please be courteous and share this space as needed.

• Outdoor Seating: Seating will be available under tents and poolside. You are also welcome to bring your own camp/folding chairs for added comfort.

• Bad Weather: If weather conditions become unsafe the event will be postponed to September 6, 2025. 

Swimming Pool Access

• Pool access during the event is limited to residents who RSVP’d and received wristbands.

• For all other residents, the next available pool day will be Sunday, July 13, 2025.

Parking Guidelines

• Do not park in the rear parking lot of the Swim & Tennis Center (Golf Course and Grove lot), as it is not HOA property.

• Street parking on both sides is prohibited. Do not block driveways, fire hydrants, mailboxes, or walkways, and do not create unauthorized parking spaces.

• Avoid parking in reserved/numbered spaces not assigned to you.

• Mary Bowie Parkway (Main Gate) will be closed to parking during the event.

Event Registration & Wristbands

• If you have not yet picked up your wristbands, there will be a check-in table at the entrance of the Swim and Tennis Center on event day.

• Lost or misplaced wristbands/tickets cannot be replaced. Please bring your wristband and QR code with you for check-in.
