Dear Oak Creek Club Homeowners,

The Board of Directors is currently developing the Oak Creek Club HOA 2026–2027 Strategic Plan, which will guide the Association’s priorities and decision-making over the next two years. As part of this process, the Board is seeking input from homeowners to better understand community concerns, priorities, and perceptions regarding the Association’s operations, finances, and infrastructure.

Your feedback is an important part of this effort. The information collected through this survey will help the Board:

• Identify key community concerns and priorities
• Assess alignment with the Association’s Vision and Mission
• Better understand homeowner perspectives regarding dues, budgeting, safety, and infrastructure
• Identify opportunities to improve communication and engagement with residents

The results of the survey will be reviewed as part of the strategic planning process and will help inform the Board’s evaluation and prioritization of initiatives and projects. A summary of the survey findings will be shared with the community once the strategic planning process is complete.
