SUMMARY:Parking Lot Restriping
DESCRIPTION:Dear Oak Creek Club Homeowners\, \nParking lot restriping has been scheduled for Monday\, September 27\, 2021\, and Tuesday\, September 28\, 2021\, beginning at 9:00 am on select streets on the Main Gate side of Oak Creek Club. \nFinley Asphalt will be restriping the Swim and Tennis Center parking lot\, Hawley Lane\, Argos Place and Briarley Place. Please see the work schedule below. \nTHINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW: \n\nAll parking spaces on designated dates below will be closed from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm to complete the service and the paint to dry. If you are in an area scheduled for restriping\, please be sure to have your vehicles moved by 8 am on the day of work. Vehicles that are not moved will\, unfortunately\, be towed at the owner’s expense.\nIn the event of inclement weather\, work will be re-scheduled\, and a notice will be posted with new dates.\nService from providers (US Mail\, Trash Service\, FedEx\, UPS\, etc.) may be affected depending on the schedule of work for your street.\nPlease plan for outings\, deliveries\, and visitors while this service is being rendered.\n\nMonday\, September 27\, 2021 \n\nWork will be conducted in the Swim and Tennis Center parking lot and the parking spaces along Argos Place.\nHomeowners residing on Argos Place may park alongside streets during the day. Please be sure not to block driveways\, mailboxes\, and access to sidewalks. If you have any questions regarding where you should park\, please feel free to call the office at (301) 390-1721\nAny vehicle left on the street after 5:00 pm will be stickered\, as this provision is being made only for restriping.\n\nTuesday\, September 28\, 2021 \n\nWork will be conducted in the parking spaces along Briarley Place and Hawley Lane.\nHomeowners residing on Briarley Place or parked in spaces on Hawley Lane may temporarily park in the Swim and Tennis Center parking lot during the day.\nAny vehicle(s) left in the Swim and Tennis Center parking lot after 12:00 am will be stickered.\n\nWe thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience while this community improvement is rendered.
