Following the postcard recently mailed to homeowners, the 2027 Draft Budget Recommendations Notice, proposed budget, and supporting materials are available on the Association website:

The Budget & Finance Committee’s presentation materials for its November 2nd meeting will also be posted on the HOA website in the upcoming weeks.
Please review the materials and join these upcoming virtual meetings:
- Monday, November 2, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.: Budget & Finance Committee presentation—learn about the proposed budget, ask questions, and provide feedback.
- Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.: Board meeting to consider adoption of the 2027 Annual Budget.
