Dear Oak Creek Club Homeowners,

To help preserve the beauty, consistency, and property values of our community, Management would like to remind all homeowners that prior written approval is required before beginning most exterior modifications to your home or lot.

Before starting any exterior project, homeowners must:

• Complete and submit the appropriate Architectural Modification Application;
• Provide all required supporting documentation, plans, and specifications;
• Allow the application to proceed through the established review process; and
• Receive written approval from the Covenants Committee before any work begins.

Examples of exterior modifications that may require approval include, but are not limited to:

• Fences
• Decks and patios
• Exterior paint colors (including front doors and shutters)
• Windows and doors
• Solar panels
• Landscaping projects
• Retaining walls
• Sheds or other exterior structures
• Play equipment and similar improvements

Please note that starting work before receiving written approval may result in a violation of the Association’s governing documents and could require the homeowner to modify or remove the unapproved improvement at their expense.
