Oak Creek Club Homeowner Association is happy to inform you about the voting process for the upcoming 2025 Board of Directors Election. There are two (2) open Board seats, each with a two (2) year term. The winners of the elections will be the two (2) candidates who received the highest number of votes.

Voting Information:

• Where to Vote: You can cast your vote through the ivotehoa.com platform. Please visit the site to access the voting page. You are also able to cast you votes through a paper ballot which you will receive by September 18th in the mail.

Election Information: All relevant details, including the Annual Meeting Notice, Candidate Packet, and paper ballot information, are available on the HOA website and via the link below.

• Write-In Candidates Deadline: September 19, 2025, at 5:00 pm.
• Candidates Forum: Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 6:30 pm.
• Voting will open: Voting will officially open on September 24, 2025, at 5:00 pm.
• Voting will close: Voting will officially close on October 10, 2025, at 5:00 pm.
• Annual Meeting Notice: Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 6:30 pm.
