Dear Oak Creek Club Homeowners,

The first round of Annual Inspections was completed on August 4, 2026. Thank you to all residents who have already taken the time to maintain and enhance the appearance of their homes and properties.

The second round of Annual Inspections will begin the week of August 10, 2026.

As a friendly reminder, the following violations will be given special attention during this round of inspections:

•  General lawn maintenance, including tree and shrub trimming, overgrown grass, dead or unhealthy landscaping, yard debris and clutter, excessive weeds, and the cleaning and maintenance of mulch beds.
•  Painting and power washing of exterior surfaces where needed to maintain the appearance of the home.
•  Trash and recycling containers left outside on non-service days.
•  Cleaning and maintenance of gutters to ensure they are free of dirt, stains, and debris.
•  Debris and trash accumulated in yards or around the property.
•  Egregious violations, including inoperable vehicles and other conditions that negatively impact the appearance and safety of the community.

Residents are encouraged to walk around their property and address any maintenance items before inspections begin. Proactive maintenance helps preserve the beauty of Oak Creek Club, supports property values, and reduces the need for violation notices.
