Dear Oak Creek Club Homeowners:

The Oak Creek Club Homeowners Association, Inc. will hold its 2026 Annual Meeting and Board of Directors Election virtually on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. The primary purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect three (3) members to the Board of Directors.  As a follow-up to the postcard recently mailed to homeowners, this electronic notice is being provided as an additional reminder and to provide convenient access to the 2026 Annual Meeting and election materials.

CALL FOR CANDIDATES – Interested in Serving on the Board?

Homeowners and other eligible individuals interested in serving on the Board must submit a completed Candidate Form and Nominating Petition no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.  Completed candidate materials may be submitted to:

BOARD ELECTION INFORMATION

Three (3) Board positions will be filled during the 2026 election. The two candidates receiving the highest number of votes will serve three-year terms, and the candidate receiving the third-highest number of votes will serve a two-year term.  Candidates must be an Association member, or a member’s spouse, tenant, or corporate agent, and may not be more than 60 days delinquent on financial obligations to the Association. Beginning with the 2026 election, Prince George’s County requires that a majority of Directors reside in the community.

ELECTRONIC VOTING

Eligible owners with a valid email address on file will receive electronic voting information from Vote HOA Now.  Voting commences on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder for election-related communications.
