• 2027 Budget Draft– Review and discussion of the proposed 2027 operating budget and anticipated community expenses.
• Reserve Study Review– Review of the community’s reserve study, including anticipated capital projects, long-term maintenance needs, and reserve funding considerations.
• Landscaping Enhancements– Discussion of potential landscaping improvements and enhancements throughout the community.
