Oak Creek 2026 Board Election – Meet the Candidates & Get Ready to Vote!
Dear Oak Creek Club Homeowners,
The 2026 Oak Creek Club HOA Board Election is here! As a follow-up to the postcard recently mailed to the community, the 2026 Annual Meeting & Election Package and candidate information are now available online. Homeowners are encouraged to review the election materials and candidate information, participate in the upcoming Candidate Forum, and prepare to cast their vote.
Voting will open on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, and conclude on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The Annual Meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at which time the winners of the 2026 Board of Directors Election will be announced.

Candidate Forum: Tuesday, September 22, 2026 | 6:30 p.m. | Virtual
Voting Opens: Wednesday, September 23, 2026
Voting Deadline: Thursday, October 8, 2026 | 5:00 p.m.
Annual Meeting: Tuesday, October 13, 2026 | 6:30 p.m. | Virtual
During the Candidate Forum, candidates will have an opportunity to respond to selected questions submitted by community members. Questions may be submitted in advance by 2:00pm, Monday, September 21, 2026, to manager@oakcreekclub.com. Additional information regarding access to the virtual Candidate Forum was sent earlier this week. As a reminder, you may register for the Candidate Forum here.
