The Oak Creek Club Board of Directors is pleased to announce the adoption of a new Electronic Notice, Voting & Meetings Resolution. This resolution provides homeowners with more convenient and secure options for receiving official Association communications and participating in eligible meetings and elections.

Homeowners who enroll may have the opportunity to:

• Receive official Association notices by email
• Attend eligible Board and membership meetings virtually
• Vote electronically when electronic voting is available
• Submit proxy forms electronically when needed
• Receive important community news and announcements more quickly

Participation is completely voluntary. Homeowners who prefer traditional mail may continue receiving Association communications through the existing delivery methods.

How to Get Started

1. Register for your homeowner account through CiraNet if you have not already done so.
2. Confirm that your email address and contact information are current.
3. Complete the Electronic Notice Authorization when it becomes available.

We encourage all homeowners to consider enrolling and taking advantage of these convenient options when it becomes available. Registration will help you stay informed about community news, meetings, elections, events, and other important HOA announcements.
