Dear Oak Creek Club Residents,

To help maintain a safe, attractive, and orderly community, we would like to remind all residents of the Association’s Vehicle and Parking Rules. These standards are designed to ensure emergency vehicle access, protect community property, and provide a safe environment for everyone.

The information below is a summary of the Oak Creek Club Vehicle Policy.

General Parking Rules

Please observe the following parking requirements at all times:

  • Park only in designated parking spaces and parking areas.
  • Street parking is generally prohibited on private streets within Oak Creek Club, except as outlined below.

Guest Parking

  • Residents expecting two (2) or fewer guest vehicles requiring street parking must ensure that a valid guest parking pass is clearly displayed on each vehicle’s dashboard.
  • For social gatherings requiring more than two (2) guest vehicles to park on the street, parking passes must be requested from the Management Office at least 72 hours in advance.
  • All guest vehicles must be removed from the street no later than 1:00 a.m. (extended until 2:00 a.m. on New Year’s Day). Any exception requires prior approval from the Management Office.

Additional Parking Requirements

  • Vehicles may not be parked or stored in hazardous conditions, including being supported by jacks or blocks.
  • Major vehicle repairs—including painting, engine work, or draining automotive fluids—are prohibited anywhere within the community.
  • Modifications to parking spaces, including the installation of signs, barriers, or storage containers, require prior written approval from the Board of Directors.
  • The creation of additional parking areas on any lot must receive prior Board approval.
  • Parking in designated bicycle or pedestrian lanes is prohibited at all times.
  • Parking on both sides of any street is strictly prohibited.
  • Vehicles parked in designated guest spaces may not remain for more than 72 consecutive hours without prior approval from the HOA.

Prohibited Vehicles

The following vehicles may not be parked or stored in open view within the community:

  • Boats
  • Trailers

Enforcement & Towing

To ensure compliance with the Association’s parking rules, the following enforcement procedures apply:

Immediate Towing

The following vehicles may be towed immediately:

  • Vehicles parked on community streets without proper authorization.
  • Vehicles remaining on the street after the permitted parking period (generally after 1:00 a.m.).
  • Vehicles blocking driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, roadways, or access to parking areas.

Warning Notices

The following violations will generally receive a warning notice. If the violation is not corrected, the vehicle will be towed:
