Dear Oak Creek Club Homeowners,

As part of the Association’s ongoing commitment to preserving the appearance, safety, and property values of our community, CAMP will be expanding the 2026 Annual Inspection Program with additional inspection personnel to assist in completing the community-wide review.

To help complete inspections efficiently, CAMP will be utilizing two to three additional inspectors starting July7th-9th, weather pending. Inspectors will be assigned specific sections of the community and will be provided with maps identifying the areas they are responsible for inspecting. Below are the sections we will be completing during that time:

• Queen Ann
• Fox Turn
• Pine Valley
• Main Gate

During these inspections, special attention will be given to the following Hot Spot Items:

• General lawn maintenance (i.e. tree/shrub trimming, overgrown grass, dead or unhealthy landscaping, yard debris and clutter, excessive weeds, cleaning and maintenance of mulch beds)
• Painting and power washing of exterior surfaces
• Trash cans left out on non-service days
• Cleaning and maintenance of gutters
• Debris and trash in yards
• Egregious violations, including inoperable vehicles and similar items

We encourage all homeowners to take this opportunity to review their property and address any maintenance concerns before inspections begin. Taking proactive steps now can help avoid violation notices and contribute to the overall appearance of Oak Creek Club.
