Committee Volunteers Needed
Greetings Oak Creek Club Homeowners Association,
To strengthen and enhance the Oak Creek Club community, volunteers are needed to join the following committees.
Grounds Committee: 3 members needed
Sole purpose of the Ground committee shall be to advise the Board on community activities including, but not limited to, the following:
- Landscape Maintenance/Enhancement Streets/Trails
- Community Fencing Storm Management / Ponds
- Common Area Lighting Irrigation Systems
- Entrance Monuments Plant materials
- Dog Stations
Communication Committee: 3 members needed
Sole purpose of the Communication committee shall be to advise the Board on community activities including, but not limited to, the following:
- Homeowner Communications
- Community Website/ Newsletter
- Community Outreach
- New Owner Welcome Package
Ad-Hoc Traffic Safety Committee: 7 members needed
Sole purpose of the Ad Hoc Parking committee shall be to advise the Board on community activities including, but not limited to, the following:
- Review of the current community parking policies with specific attention to the Lakeview, Clubhouse Terrace & Clubhouse Square locations
- Review of street parking restrictions
Community Access Committee: 2 members needed
Sole purpose of the Community Access & Patrol Committee shall be to advise the Board on community activities including, but not limited to, the following:
- Community Gate Access Issues
- Fence Opening/Closing
- Guest Registration Systems
- Community Patrol Procedures
- Park Patrol/Access to Community
Social Committee: 1 member needed
Sole purpose of the Social Committee shall be to advise the Board on community activities including, but not limited to, the following:
- Promoting community spirit through diverse activities for all age groups
- Encourage participation in Associations Governing Body
- New owners’ welcome initiatives
- Annual Meetings
Facilities Committee: 4 members needed
The sole purpose of the Facilities Committee shall be to advise the Board on facilities matters including, but not limited to the following:
- Swim & Tennis Facility
- Fitness Facility
- Pools & Tennis Courts
- Tot Lots
Procurement Committee: 3 members needed
The sole purpose of the Facilities Committee shall be to advise the Board on facilities matters including, but not limited to the following:
Vendor & Contract Oversight
- Review proposed vendor contracts, renewals, and amendments
- Evaluate scope, pricing, and service levels for reasonableness
- Ensure contract terms align with HOA policies and budget authority
Budget and Finance Committee: 5 members needed
The sole purpose of the Facilities Committee shall be to advise the Board on facilities matters including, but not limited to the following:
- Annual Operating Budget
- Annual Capital Budget
- Repair & Replacement Reserves
- Annual Audit & Tax Returns
- Collections Policy
- Investments
