IMPORTANT OCC Gate Updates
Dear Oak Creek Club Residents,
Management is aware of the ongoing gate issues and understands the frustration they have caused. These challenges stem from aging equipment, vehicle damage, and connectivity concerns. We are actively working with the Access Control Committee, the Board of Directors, and our gate vendors to implement long-term solutions.
The resident lane gate at the main entrance, damaged on August 2, 2025, remains in need of repair. Although new hardware was approved and ordered on August 20th, the parts delivered on August 29th were insufficient. The vendor is currently sourcing the additional components required. In the meantime, Dunbar Security will station a guard at the main entrance on Saturday and Monday of the holiday weekend to assist with traffic flow and access control.
We kindly ask all residents and guests to:

Exercise caution when approaching all gates

Avoid tailgating

Be patient as we work toward restoring full functionality
Gate installation will begin once all necessary parts are received.

We will continue working with the Access Control Committee and the Board to address these issues within current budget constraints. Additionally, we are coordinating with our website developer to ensure timely updates are posted at www.oakcreekclubhoa.com.
