Gate Access, Speed, & Procedures – Reminder

To reduce daily gate damage and ensure safe, efficient entry, please share the following reminders with all household members, guests, delivery drivers, contractors, and transportation services:

  • Speed Limit: 20 MPH throughout the community.

  • Tailgating is strictly prohibited at all Oak Creek Club gate entrances.

  • All non-residents must use the 2nd lane marked for visitors. Guests needing assistance press security feature to contact the guardhouse.

  • One car per gate arm: Allow the gate arm to lower completely behind the car ahead before proceeding.

  • Do not enter through exit lanes—even if they appear open.

  • At the Main Gate on Mary Bowie Parkway, vehicles must remain in the right lane and drive at 20 MPH to properly activate the pressure loop and release the 2nd gate arm.

Parking Reminder

  • Parking on both sides of the street is prohibited.

  • Please avoid parking on your neighbor’s grass.

Your cooperation in following these guidelines helps reduce unnecessary gate repairs and prevents potential vehicle damage.

Thank you for your attention and support. Have a safe and enjoyable Independence Day!

Kind regards,
Oak Creek Club Management Team
