To ensure safe and efficient gate access for all residents and guests, please follow the guidelines below when using the Cellgate system:

• Only trigger the visitor’s gate — do not attempt to open resident-only or other restricted gates for guests.
• Trigger the gate only when your guest is directly in front of it — this prevents unauthorized access and ensures proper entry.
• Do not instruct guests to drive around or cut in front of another vehicle to gain entry into the community.
• Use the pedestrian gate for walking access rather than triggering the main gate to walk through.
• For individuals residing permanently in your home, please issue a virtual QR code for consistent and secure access.
